Midim Treetops
Through the tree tops - the Bhujung Crossing, Lamjung

The small hill village of Bhujung lies between Pokhara and Kathmandu, one drainage west of the mighty Marsyangdi River. There, one can find basic health and schooling facilities that serve the small village community on the east bank. A significant rural population, however, resides on the opposite side of the river with no access to such fundamental services as healthcare and education. The TarPul across the Midim Khola allows all the residents of the area easy access to essential facilities. Presently, an estimated 40-50 crossings are made each day at this site.
